We may collect and use Personally Identifiable Information and Nonpersonally Identifiable Information to deliver information to you, or to other Users about you (e.g., in your Profile), including without limitation Collaboration Opportunities that may interest you, and to contact you regarding administrative notices. We may also use Personally Identifiable Information to resolve disputes, troubleshoot problems and enforce our agreements with you, including our Terms of Use and this Privacy Policy.

You may opt-out from receiving email notifications from us which are for marketing or promotional purposes (by following the instructions made available on the Site, or within such emails), but you may not opt-out of our administrative, security, or similar notices; however, you may delete your Account with us at any time, after which time you will no longer receive any such notices from us. You may also revoke your consent or otherwise object to our processing of your Personally Identifiable Information at any time by deleting your Account through the “Settings” menu in our mobile application or by contacting us at info [at] collabspace.co and requesting that we delete your Account, provided, however, that this may limit your ability to use the Platform.

If you have any questions or concerns regarding the manner in which such information may be shared and stored, please contact us at info [at] collabspace.co, or you may also opt-out completely by deleting your Account on the Platform. We will encourage our third-party service providers to adopt and post privacy policies. However, the use of your Personally Identifiable Information by our third-party service providers is governed by the privacy policies of those third-party service providers and is not subject to our complete control.

Occasionally we may be required by law enforcement or judicial authorities to provide Personally Identifiable Information to the appropriate governmental authorities. We fully cooperate with law enforcement agencies in identifying those who use our services for illegal activities. We reserve the right to report to law enforcement agencies any activities that we in good faith believe to be unlawful. You hereby consent to our sharing of your Personally Identifiable Information and Nonpersonally Identifiable Information under the particular circumstances set forth in this Section.
